Job summary

LINKQUICK TRANS CARGO LOGISTICS in Metro Manila is seeking a capable Truck Dispatcher to coordinate freight operations, schedule drivers, plan routes, and ensure timely pickups and deliveries.

You will monitor movements with GPS, communicate with drivers and customers, manage PODs, and keep dispatch records. A 2-year background in transportation ops and a relevant degree are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Management/Operations/Logistics preferred.
• 2 years of experience as truck dispatcher or in transportation operations.
• Strong knowledge of trucking operations, routes, and freight documentation.
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple drivers and loads.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email).
• Able to work on shifting schedule.

Responsibilities

• Schedule, dispatch, and monitor trucks and drivers for daily operations.
