Private Advertiser is seeking a Treasury Supervisor to report to the Finance Department Head and collaborate with the EVP. The role centers on all cash outflows and handling petty cash funds, with oversight of related banking operations.

Typical duties include processing bank transactions, approvals of deposits, fund transfers, and cash management. The candidate should have 5+ years in accounting/treasury, strong numeracy, analytical and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years experience in accounting/treasury, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory role.

Responsibilities

• Process bank transactions and uploads.
• Manages special credits.
• Approves direct deposits.
• Importation and payment transaction.
• Prepares (CDV) Cash Disbursement Voucher.
• Accepts and monitor’s PDC’s.
• Monitors’ and encode’s bank checks.
• Accepts and receives cash
• Process transfer of funds.
• Process payment for the company.
• Monitors fund.
• Performs other related duties as may be assigned from time to time.
