Job summary

Alsons Power Group is seeking a Treasury Specialist to report to the CFO and drive treasury operations across our energy portfolio. You will manage cash flow modeling, loan compliance, and lender relationships to support project success.

This role offers exposure to corporate treasury activities, debt management, and energy sector operations, with a focus on accuracy and stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• CPA is preferred.
• At least 2 years of hands-on treasury operations and cash management experience.
• Prior banking experience.
• Background in power generation/energy sector is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Oversee treasury operations and cash flow planning.
• Ensure loan agreement compliance and covenants.
• Manage lender relationships and banking operations.
• Support insurance administration.

About the Role

As a Treasury Specialist, you will report directly to the CFO and serve as a crucial hub for treasury operations, cash flow modeling, loan agreement compliance, and lender relationship management across our power generation entities. You will oversee financial covenants, cash flow planning, and banking operations to ensure financial stability and project success.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance.
• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) is preferred.

• Background in the power generation or energy sector is a strong advantage.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in SAP Business One or S/4HANA.
• Mastery of Office 365
• Strong analytical skills, data mining capability, and presentation build skills.
• Exceptional written/verbal communication, high attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal skills.
