Job summary

CXC in Metro Manila is seeking a Treasury Risk Management Specialist to support the organization’s financial stability through treasury analysis, liquidity planning, FX risk management, hedging, investments, and sustainable finance initiatives. You will analyze balance-sheet positions, monitor FX exposures, and implement hedging strategies while coordinating with senior management and banking partners.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Financial Management, or a related field.
• Relevant experience in financial analysis, treasury, or financial risk management.
• Knowledge of foreign exchange, hedging instruments, derivatives, investment analysis, and interest-rate risk.
• CPA, Certified Treasury Professional, CFA, or a related certification is an advantage.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; experience with D365 is an advantage.
• Strong analytical, communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills.
• High level of integrity, accuracy, and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Analyze balance-sheet positions and determine local and foreign currency funding requirements.
• Monitor foreign exchange exposures and assess their impact on financial performance.
• Recommend and implement strategies to manage FX and interest-rate risks.
• Prepare and execute forward contracts and other hedging instruments.
• Monitor hedge valuations, settlements, and transaction records.
• Manage loans, credit lines, interest rates, and banking relationships.
• Review investment opportunities and monitor investment portfolios.
• Oversee banking transactions, including fund transfers and account management.
• Support the integration of ESG considerations into treasury practices and sustainable financing strategies.
• Prepare financial reports and recommendations for senior management.
