ING Hubs Philippines is seeking a Treasury Liquidity Analyst to act as a key liaison between Treasury and Back Office, ensuring sufficient liquidity for payments and stress scenarios. You will monitor market developments, track balances, and help execute time-sensitive settlements.

The role requires a degree in Finance/Accounting/Economics, experience in treasury operations, and strong analytical and communication skills to collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Experience in financial markets, treasury operations, liquidity management, or cash management.
• Knowledge of financial products including Money Market Instruments, FX, Bonds and Fixed Income.
• Knowledge of SWIFT is required.

Responsibilities

• Act as a liaison between Treasury and Back Office teams, providing liquidity information to stakeholders.
• Assess liquidity to meet payment obligations, including during stressed conditions.
• Monitor market developments affecting treasury cash and liquidity management.
• Track balances at currency and account levels (ledger and external).
• Monitor cash flows, securities settlements, and high-value payments.
• Support timely execution of time-sensitive transactions.
• Investigate overdrafts and recommend preventive measures.
• Support the bank's liquidity position through monitoring and collaboration.
