Job summary

dempsey resource management is seeking a Head of Treasury to lead the organization’s financial strategy and treasury operations in the Philippines. The role oversees cash management, liquidity planning, capital structure decisions, and risk mitigation with regular reporting to the CFO.

You will build and manage banking relationships, ensure adequate funding for daily operations, and drive governance and controls across treasury processes in a dynamic corporate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business administration or economics.
• 5+ years in financial management, cash management, or senior treasury role.
• Expert in cash flow forecasting, liquidity planning, FX, and hedging.
• Proficient in Treasury Management Systems (TMS) and ERP with advanced financial modeling.
• Strong knowledge of governance, controls, and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Lead the organization's financial strategy and treasury operations.
• Oversee cash management, liquidity planning, and capital structure decisions.
• Mitigate financial risk and manage FX hedging programs.
