Responsibilities

• Attend to the assignment, validation, and timely release of checks.
• Prepare documentary requirements for bank account openings and loan applications.
• Monitor daily currency selling rates and coordinate with banks.
• Ensure accurate posting of cash flow transactions.
• Act as a reliever cashier and reconcile transactions.
• Administer the department’s petty cash fund and manage office supplies.
