Job summary

eBiZolution Inc. in Makati invites a meticulous Cash Management Associate to join our finance team. You will support daily cash management operations, monitor transactions, and ensure accurate processing of payments and reconciliations.

This role requires a finance or accounting background and strong analytical skills. Responsibilities include monitoring cash inflows and outflows, performing bank reconciliations, preparing daily cash position reports, and maintaining precise records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business or related field.
• Experience in cash management, treasury, accounts payable, or accounting is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates welcome with relevant internship experience.
• Knowledge of bank reconciliation, payment processing, and financial reporting.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.
• Familiarity with accounting or ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical, and organized.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential financial information professionally.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash transactions, including cash inflows and outflows.
• Process and verify payments, disbursements, and bank transactions.
• Perform bank reconciliations and resolve transaction discrepancies.
• Prepare daily cash position reports and other financial reports.
• Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments regarding payment-related concerns.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring and forecasting activities.
• Ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
• Support other treasury and accounting-related tasks as assigned.
