Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field is required.
• Experience in corporate treasury preferred.
• Experience with bank facilities and loan documentation.
• Willing to work 6 days a week.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash position to ensure funds for operations.
• Operate payment processing for timely disbursements.
• Ensure fund availability to support operations.
• Develop cash flow forecasts to support liquidity planning.
• Provide treasury reports for management review.
• Monitor bank transactions for accuracy.
• Coordinate banking relationships for treasury services.
• Negotiate with banks on loan payments and fees.
• Prepare and document credit instruments for availment.
• Monitor outstanding loan availments and settlements.
• Handle standby line of credit documentation.
