• Prepare daily cash position reports and track inflows/outflows.
• Coordinate funding requirements for payments and checks.
• Prepare and issue checks based on approved requests.
• Process bank transfers and intercompany fund movements.
• Reconcile bank statements and treasury records to resolve discrepancies.
• Generate periodic cash position and treasury activity reports.
• Ensure treasury transactions comply with policies and controls.
• Coordinate with Accounting/Accounts Payable on cash needs and schedules.
• Report discrepancies and potential cash issues to supervisor immediately.
