Qualifications

• Graduate of BS Accountancy or Banking & Finance.
• 3–5 years in banking transactions and payroll processing.
• Strong numerical and analytical abilities.
• Proactive, systematic, and detail-oriented.
• Willing to work full-time onsite at Ayala Avenue, Makati.

Responsibilities

• Support cash flow management and treasury operations.
• Monitor daily cash positions and prepare cash flow forecasts.
• Manage fund transfers, bank payments, and disbursements.
• Ensure liquidity to meet obligations.
• Oversee bank account administration.
• Prepare short- and long-term cash flow projections.
• Monitor collections and payment schedules.
• Maintain relationships with banks and financial institutions.
• Negotiate banking services and financing arrangements.
• Prepare documents for financing applications.
• Monitor FX exposures and coordinate hedging.
• Track exchange rate movements and assess impact.
• Prepare treasury reports for management.
• Lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Maintain treasury records and documentation.
• Identify treasury process improvements.
