SM City Clark seeks a Treasury Assistant to handle imprest funds, over-the-counter payments, and cash remittances. You will encode and generate collection reports and release payables to suppliers, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

The role requires a business-related degree; fresh grads are welcome. Candidates should have basic accounting, SAP, MS Office, and strong communication skills, with willingness to work on holidays and weekends.

Formación

• Bachelor's/College degree in business-related field required; fresh graduates welcome.
• Basic accounting, computer skills, communication skills, SAP and MS Office essential.
• Willing to work during holiday and weekend schedules.

Responsabilidades

• Manage imprest funds by releasing cash advances, reconciling daily transactions, and maintaining cash journals.
• Handle collections through daily cash pickups, payment processing, receipt issuance, and proper turnover of financial documents.
• Ensure compliance and documentation accuracy by preparing reports, conducting inventory of accountable forms, and managing records.
• Support treasury operations by preparing materials requisitions and coordinating treasury activities.
• Pursue learning and growth through continuous training and participation in talent development initiatives.
