Job summary

United Asia Automotive Group Inc. seeks a Treasury Assistant to support daily treasury operations at our Balintawak, Quezon City site. You will handle fund transfers, bills payments, and checkwriter tasks while ensuring timely transmission to banks and accurate record-keeping.

You will respond to inquiries, monitor payments and vouchers, and help maintain compliance with ISO 9001 quality standards. This is a full-time on-site role with regular hours.

Qualifications

• A college graduate of 4-year course related to Finance.
• In an Accounting/Treasury industry.
• Knowledgeable in basic treasury and accounting principles.
• A computer literate, knowledgeable in Microsoft Office.
• An individual with ability to analyze information.
• Keen to details.
• Able to perform tasks with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Uploading of Fund Transfer Request, Bills Payment Request & Checkwriter through UBP Portal from Accounting Dept.
• Ensures that all uploaded transfers and payments are transmitted to beneficiary banks.
• Weekly sending of payment details and proofs to all Dealers and Suppliers.
• Respond to emails and phone inquiries regarding payment concerns.
• Monitor checks and check vouchers for release and safekeeping.
• Stamp vouchers as PAID and transmit to Accounting Dept.
• Maintain Proof of Payment records attached to Check Vouchers.
• Monitor Form 2307 releases and email to suppliers.
• Attend incoming Treasury Department calls.
• Maintain good relationships with other employees.
• Follow ISO 9001 Quality Management System procedures.
• Perform other tasks as assigned by supervisor and VP for Finance.
