Job summary

PCWORX in Quezon City is seeking a Finance/Treasury Assistant responsible for monitoring the loan portfolio, recording transactions, and supporting cash flow management.

You will prepare bank reconciliations, generate monthly reports, and ensure compliance with company policies. The role is on-site in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC, with 4 days on-site and 1 day work-from-home.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance Management or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' experience as Finance/Treasury Assistant.
• Experience with bank reconciliations.
• Willing to work in E. Rodriguez, Cubao, QC; 4 days onsite, 1 day WFH.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage the company’s loan portfolio, including disbursements, outstanding balances, repayments.
• Ensure accurate recording of loans, interest income, fees, in the accounting system.
• Prepare regular loan portfolio reports for management, including trend and variance analysis.
• Administer and monitor employee and operational cash advances to ensure proper use, timely liquidation, and compliance with company policies.
• Prepare and review monthly bank reconciliations.
• Monitor bank balances to support cash flow management and funding requirements of the loan portfolio.
