Job summary

Shanghai Oriental Textile Corporation in Manila is seeking a detail-oriented Treasury Assistant to join our growing finance team. The role focuses on cash management, bank transactions, and maintaining treasury records, with a strict emphasis on accuracy and confidentiality.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree in Accountancy or related field, 1-3 years of treasury experience, and strong Excel skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, or related field.
• Must have Treasury/ Cash Management experience.
• Proficient in bank transactions, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliation.
• Experience in checks, payments, and financial documentation.
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel.
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily cash balances and company bank accounts.
• Assist in preparing daily cash position and treasury reports.
• Process and monitor fund transfers, deposits, and check transactions.
• Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions.
• Coordinate with banks and internal departments on payment transactions.
• Assist in cash flow monitoring, payment scheduling, and bank reconciliation.
• Ensure documentation and compliance with treasury policies.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, Financial Management, Banking and Finance, or any related course.
• Must have previous work experience in Treasury, Cash Management, or Treasury Operations.
• Knowledgeable in bank transactions, fund transfers, cash flow monitoring, and bank reconciliation.
