Job summary

AboitizPower Corporation is seeking a Treasury Reporting and Analytics Manager to build and lead the Treasury Analytics and Reporting function within the Treasury Center of Excellence. You will transform raw TMS and ERP data into actionable insights on liquidity, debt management, and treasury performance, and own the TMS reporting architecture and Power BI analytics layer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Management, or related field
• At least 7 years of experience in treasury, FP&A, or finance operations; ≥3 years in treasury analytics or reporting in a multi-entity environment
• Experience with Power BI or equivalent BI tools
• Experience with TMS implementation or optimization is a strong advantage
• At least 3 years as Individual Contributor or team lead; mentoring analytics staff preferred
• Functional lead or SME in a TMS or ERP implementation; experience building treasury dashboards

Responsibilities

• Build and lead Treasury Analytics and Reporting within the CoE
• Own TMS reporting architecture and Power BI analytics layer
• Provide decision-support to Treasury Services Head, Treasurer, and CFO
• Govern SLA reporting between Treasury CoE and Shared Treasury Operations
• Ensure data integrity, forecast accuracy, and regulatory compliance across 80+ entities
• Collaborate with Treasury Team to deliver results and develop skills
