Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a Travelling Teller to service branches and clients under various bank agreements. The role focuses on accurate cash handling, deposit coordination, and delivering standard customer service.

You will work onsite in San Pablo, Laguna, and collaborate with branches to ensure timely cash delivery and compliant operations according to bank SOPs.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor’s/College Degree, any field.
• Required Skills: computer literate preferably with knowledge on accounting entries
• Willing to work onsite in San Pablo, Laguna.

Responsibilities

• Collection / pick up of deposits covered by deposit pick up arrangements
• Delivers cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) Agreements
• Services clients with change of fund accommodations
• Ensures accurate verification and balancing of cash, validation of deposits only to authorized account and strict compliance to standard operating procedure
• Ensures delivery of efficient customer service to both internal and external clients in accordance with the Banks service standards and core values
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time
