The Travelling Teller is a field-based banking role serviced across branches and client sites in the Metro Manila area, starting from Quezon City. This position is Full Time and onsite.

You will handle deposit pickups, cash deliveries, cash balancing, and high-quality service in line with the bank's standards and core values.

Qualifications include a bachelor's degree, solid computer literacy, and willingness to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City.

Responsibilities

• Collection / pick up of deposits covered by deposit pick up arrangements
• Delivers cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) Agreements
• Services clients with change of fund accommodations
• Ensures accurate verification and balancing of cash, validation of deposits only to authorized account and strict SOP
• Ensures delivery of efficient customer service to both internal and external clients per service standards and core values
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Job Summary

The Travelling Teller is responsible in servicing the branches and clients with various agreements with the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Collection / pick up of deposits covered by deposit pick up arrangements
• Delivers cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) Agreements
• Services clients with change of fund accommodations
• Ensures accurate verification and balancing of cash, validation of deposits only to authorized account and strict compliance to standard operating procedure
• Ensures delivery of efficient customer service to both internal and external clients in accordance with the Bank's service standards and core values
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
• Required Skills: computer literate preferably with knowledge on accounting entries
• Willing to work onsite in Cubao, Quezon City
