Responsibilities

• Collection / pick up of deposits under deposit pick up arrangements.
• Delivers cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) agreements.
• Services clients with change of fund accommodations.
• Ensures accurate verification and balancing of cash and deposits to authorized accounts and SOPs.
• Delivers efficient customer service to internal and external clients in line with service standards and core values.
• Performs other related functions as assigned.

Job Summary

The Travelling Teller is responsible in servicing the branches and clients with various agreements with the Bank.

Key Responsibilities

• Collection / pick up of deposits covered by deposit pick up arrangements
• Delivers cash requirements to clients with Cash Delivery (CD) Agreements
• Services clients with change of fund accommodations
• Ensures accurate verification and balancing of cash, validation of deposits only to authorized account and strict compliance to standard operating procedure
• Ensures delivery of efficient customer service to both internal and external clients in accordance with the Bank's service standards and core values
• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, any field
• Required Skills: computer literate preferably with knowledge on accounting entries
• Willing to work onsite in Sorsogon
