JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Fresh Graduates are welcome to apply
  • Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Entrepreneurship, or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
  • Previous experience in a Travel agency or Airline reservations or sales is an advantage
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills required.
  • Positive interpersonal skills with the ability to cope with pressure at busy times required.
  • Very attentive to detail and with excellent problem solving skills
  • Excellent computer and typing skills are required. Excel and Word proficiency desired.
  • Excellent listening and comprehension skills required.
  • Must be able to reach their monthly and weekly quota

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Generate sales for the company by actively promoting travel products and services to clients.
  • Attend to client inquiries regarding available travel options, packages, and pricing.
  • Prepare and provide sales reports to management, tracking performance against quota.
  • Maintain in-depth product knowledge to assist clients effectively and answer questions confidently.
  • Collect passenger details and coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Provide accurate quotations and statements of accounts for clients, ensuring transparency in pricing.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and referrals.
  • Act as a tour leader when necessary, guiding clients during their travel experiences.
