About the Position:
Reservation Agent (Cebu) | Onsite
Shift: Flexible schedule with no fixed hours

Work Arrangement: Fully onsite in Cebu

• Upon regularization:
  • 10 vacation leaves (VL), 10 sick leaves (SL), 5 emergency leaves (EL)
  • Health Insurance via HMO starting on the 4th month (coverage for the employee plus one dependent free of charge)

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in tourism, hospitality, or a related discipline
• Minimum of 2 years experience as a reservations agent handling flights, hotels, transfers (car, bus, train), visas, etc.
• Experience working in a travel and tours agency
• Advanced proficiency in booking and reservations using any GDS system such as Amadeus
