Arup is seeking a Transport Planning Lead to grow the Manila practice. You will provide technical leadership on national and SEA projects, including ADB and World Bank funded work, collaborating with government agencies and private developers.
The role is based in Manila and requires senior experience in traffic planning, master planning, and development of transport infrastructure. The position offers opportunities to lead bids, drive business development, and mentor a growing team.

The Transport Planning Lead role will lead and grow the Manila Transport Planning practice, providing technical leadership and strategic direction for transport planning projects in the Philippines and SEA. The role requires a senior practitioner with demonstrated experience for delivering ADB (Asian Development Bank) and WB (World Bank) funded projects, particularly within the Philippines context. Also, with the experience on working with local government agencies, and private developers.
The role is based in Manila office.
