Job summary

A1 Globus Manpower Inc. in Laguna, Philippines, is seeking an Ambulance Driver to operate the ambulance safely at emergency scenes and transport patients to hospitals, while adhering to EMS protocols and coordinating with dispatch and medical teams.

The role requires a Professional License, TESDA NCII, and BLS certification from Red Cross or DOH, plus the ability to assist patients with dignity and safety during all transports.

Qualifications

• Professional license required.

• BLS certification from Red Cross or DOH required.

Responsibilities

• Operate the ambulance safely to and from emergency scenes, hospitals, and medical facilities in accordance with traffic laws and EMS protocols.
• Load, unload, and transfer patients using stretchers and wheelchairs with proper body mechanics and utmost care.
• Conduct pre- and post-dispatch inspection of the ambulance to ensure it is roadworthy, fueled, and fully equipped at all times.
• Maintain clear communication with dispatch, receiving facilities, and the medical team; report patient status and ETAs accurately.
• Complete the transport forms, patient care reports, vehicle logbooks, and incident reports accurately after each dispatch.
• Follow organizational SOPs, DOH guidelines, and LTO/LTFRB regulations on emergency vehicle operations at all times.
• Ensure patients are properly secured during transport; demonstrate empathy, professionalism, and respect toward patients and their families.
