GECO Asia Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP TM Transportation Management SME/Lead to join our team in a hybrid setup. You will provide technical leadership, design and implement SAP TM solutions, and drive integration with other SAP and enterprise systems.

You will mentor engineers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, participate in Agile delivery, and ensure scalable, high-quality transportation management capabilities across the organization.

Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced SAP TM (Transportation Management) professional to join our team. The role will serve as an SAP TM SME/Lead, providing technical expertise, supporting system integration, and collaborating with multiple teams to deliver effective transportation management solutions.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Serve as an Subject Matter Expert (SME) for SAP Transportation Management.

• Lead and support the team in delivering SAP TM solutions and technical requirements.

• Design, implement, and support SAP TM solutions aligned with business and transportation processes.

• Work closely with multiple teams and stakeholders to identify requirements and provide appropriate solutions.

• Handle technical issues, troubleshoot complex problems, and recommend effective solutions.

• Support SAP TM system integration with other SAP and enterprise systems.

• Participate in key technical and project-related decisions.

• Ensure solutions follow established technical standards, quality, scalability, and performance requirements.

• Monitor project activities and contribute to improving delivery timelines and solution quality.

• Provide guidance, mentoring, and technical support to team members.

• Collaborate with functional and technical teams throughout the software development lifecycle.

• Participate in Agile development and project delivery activities.

Professional & Technical Skills

• Expert proficiency in SAP TM (Transportation Management).

• Minimum 5 years of relevant SAP TM experience.

• Strong knowledge of Transportation Management processes and SAP TM functionalities.

• Hands-on experience with SAP TM system integration.

• Experience working with SAP and/or other enterprise system integrations.

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

• Experience in designing and implementing scalable and maintainable SAP solutions.

• Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and technical teams.

• Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills.

• Experience in leading or mentoring technical teams is an advantage.

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
