Job Description

The Transport and Order Fulfillment Analyst - Internal Farms is responsible for providing quality customer service for internal farms through fast and accurate processing of orders, communicating and coordinating with other departments. Builds and maintains customer relationships by providing prompt and accurate service so as to promote customer loyalty and satisfaction from feed request to feed delivery for farms.

Qualifications

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transport operations, order management or supply chain.

Technical Skills

  • Knowledge of transport planning, dispatching and order fulfillment processes.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Powerpoint); experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc) is an advantage.
  • Ability to analyze delivery performance, transport costs, and identify process improvements.

Soft Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Good communication and coordination skills for dealing with internal teams, customer, and trucking partners.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
