Job summary

CO Careers is seeking a skilled Transcriber to accurately transcribe audio and video content, conduct research, and ensure high-quality results. You will collaborate with content creators and editors to integrate transcriptions into projects, and organize content for easy access.

You will collaborate with the team to integrate transcriptions into projects, organize content for easy access, and stay updated on transcription tools and trends.

What You’ll Do:

• Conduct in-depth research on various topics and source materials from diverse channels
• Transcribe audio and video content into written form while ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to established guidelines
• Verify and fact-check transcribed content to maintain high-quality standards
• Collaborate with content creators, editors, and other team members to integrate transcriptions effectively into projects
• Manage and organize transcribed content in a structured and accessible manner for easy retrieval
• Stay updated with industry trends, transcription tools, and technologies to enhance transcription processes

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in transcription with excellent accuracy and speed
• Strong research skills with the ability to gather information from multiple sources
• Proficiency in using transcription software/tools and familiarity with different audio/video formatsExcellent attention to detail and commitment to maintaining content quality
• Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively within a team
• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
