Job summary

Online Helpers seeks a detail-oriented Transcriber to convert audio recordings into written text. You will listen to conversations between AI systems and customers in a drive-thru setting and ensure that all spoken content is transcribed clearly and precisely.

The role also requires capturing tone and context, and reflecting exact wording, with thorough proofreading for spelling and grammar. You will meet daily or weekly productivity targets and manage workload independently.
