Job summary

RCBC in the Philippines seeks a candidate to assist the Head of Operations in performing the operations function of the Company. The role involves handling daily foreign exchange transactions, AML reporting, and maintaining meticulous records in line with company policy.

Successful applicants will have a four-year business-related degree and prior banking operations experience, with familiarity of regulatory MLPP requirements and BSP circulars beneficial.

• Act as the maker for AML Reporting through the Base60 AML Reporting System.
• Ensures proper recordkeeping of documents in accordance with Company policy.
• Keeps abreast of updates on BSP policies and MLPP as per circulars and seminars.

• Act as the maker for AML Reporting through the Base60 AML Reporting System
• Ensures proper recordkeeping of documents in accordance with Company policy
• Keeps abreast of updates on the Company and BSP policies as stipulated in the Money Laundering and Terrorist Financing Prevention Program (MLPP) through circulars, required seminars/programs and adheres to said policies
