Schedule: Shifting Schedule

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES

· Plan and oversee training for new hires, development, and upskilling.

· Lead and mentor trainers to ensure high-quality delivery.

· Facilitate training sessions, workshops, and on-the-job coaching as needed

· Evaluate training effectiveness using feedback and performance metrics.

· Recommend improvements based on insights and best practices.

· Align training with business goals through cross-functional collaboration.

· Report training outcomes for management review.

· Perform other duties as required.
