Job summary

Yorktown Systems Group seeks a qualified Training Specialist to support SOCPAC with critical training for expeditionary and contested environments in USINDOPACOM, including directorates and mission partners. Must possess an active Top Secret clearance and be willing to travel.

The role requires a Bachelor's Degree and 7 years of relevant professional experience delivering training, developing materials, and coordinating with Government and partner-nation stakeholders.

• Supports global classroom, on-the-job, and distance learning; training materials, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, and partner nation documentation.

Job Description

Summary: The Unconventional is seeking a qualified Training Specialist to support the Special Operations Command Pacific (SOCPAC) with critical, non‑standard logistical gaps in expeditionary and contested environments for USINDOPACOM, including directorates, subordinate unified commands, component commands, direct reporting units, standing joint task forces, and mission partners.

Specific duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Delivers classroom, on‑the‑job, and distance learning for platforms, systems, subsystems, and mission operations
• Supports demonstrations, exercises, operator and maintainer interfaces, normal and degraded modes of operation, and partner familiarization with technologies, procedures, and mission considerations
• Supports global classroom, on‑the‑job, and distance learning; training materials, demonstrations, exercises, operational systems training, mission training, partner‑nation documentation, and tailored native‑language support
• Supports Training, Exercises, and Experimentation function

Clearance: Must possess an active Top Secret security clearance

Travel: Some travel will be required
