Design, develop, and deliver engaging training programs for new hires and existing employees.

Develop specialized training programs for collections teams, focusing on effective debt recovery techniques, negotiation skills, and compliance with legal regulations.

Facilitate structured onboarding programs for new employees to ensure a smooth transition into the company.

Identify skill gaps and collaborate with department heads to create targeted training programs.

Work closely with HR, compliance, and operations teams to align training initiatives with business goals.
