WHAT YOU'LL DO
· Delivering training ranging in size from 1-1 to large groups
· Adjusting training schedules to accommodate any changes or issues that arise
· Attending and participating in meetings
· Planning for upcoming training
· Administration
· Updating and creating e-learning content
· Developing training materials relevant to Ops needs
· Updating data/reporting and collating other information
· Liaising with or giving updates to other support team members e.g. Client, Team Leader(s) or Workforce Planning
· Providing specialist advice to other internal teams e.g. Q.A
· Rapid task switching based on priorities/urgencies
· Making recommendations on or actioning improvements to training content
· Preparing Training Reports and Analysis
Joining Internal/ External Calibrations

What you need to have:
At least 2 years in College
Travel Background minimum of 2 years
2 yrs minimum as trainer- BPO Set up
6 Sigma Certified (not required but an advantage)
Can handle big groups in blended learning setup
Create and Develop Learning Materials
Officially recognized training qualification/certification
Exceptional analytical skills,
Solid time management skills, Flexible with shifting schedule
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Outstanding technical skills- Knowledgeable with MS tools
Customer service skills and dedication to providing customer care
Self-motivated
Ability to effectively work with people at all levels- client interfacing
Ability to multitask and successfully operate in a fast-paced team environment
Must adapt well to change and successfully set and adjust priorities as needed
Basic Knowledge on Sabre Red 360 is an advantage
