Working closely with the Agency Management Team (Cluster Heads and Regional Sales Managers), the position focuses on executing impactful learning strategies and capabilities through train-the-trainer programs.**Major Accountabilities:****Training Delivery:**1. **Onboarding & Licensing:** Facilitates recruitment and pre-coding courses including IC Review and SLTC.2. **Rookie Training:** Champions foundational programs like S.T.A.R.T., Product Knowledge, and the 4 Pillars of Financial Security.3. **Open Classes:** Conducts specialized courses in Underwriting, Persistency 101, Claims, and Digital SUN.4. **Launches & Projects:** Spearheads new product roll-outs and special ALD-related initiatives.**Training Needs Analysis****1.
