Job summary

Arcadis is seeking a Traffic Planner /Operations Analyst to join our transportation team. You will conduct analyses, report findings, and interact with clients on transit and road projects in a multidisciplinary environment.

With 2–5+ years of experience, you will model intersections and corridors using Synchro, Aimsun and VISSIM, prepare traffic studies, and contribute to proposals while collaborating across planning, design, and construction disciplines.

Qualifications

At least two years’ professional experience in transportation engineering elements such as traffic operations capacity analysis, and traffic impact studies.
Degree in Civil Engineering, Professional Engineer designation, or eligible for P. Eng. Designation.

Responsibilities

Deliver high quality on all technical deliverables.
Using professional judgment to identify and resolve technical problems.
Contribute to client and project success with focus on sustainability.
Apply technical analysis, report writing and other skills to deliver projects on-time and on-budget.
Coordinate with project managers and team members to align goals and progress.
Attend internal and external multidisciplinary project team meetings as required.
