Qualifications:
Candidates can be Bachelor Graduate of Logistics and Supply Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or other related courses.
Senior High School graduate with experience in Warehousing, Dispatching of Deliveries and Handling Staff is welcome to apply.
Job Objectives: The primary objective is to coordinate and monitor logistics, transportation, distribution, and customer service activities. Develop and implement strategies for efficient transport and distribution operations such as delivery, scheduling, staffing, and compliance with traffic rules and regulations.
Duties and Responsibilities
1. Responsible for checking actual items for delivery versus sales invoices and delivery receipts.
2. In charge of the distribution and dispatching of deliveries. Ensure the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers.
3. Effectively allocate resources, including vehicles and manpower requirements.
4. Monitors the status of delivery and provides feedback to the Logistics Specialist I.
5. Coordinates with Logistics Specialist I, T&D Heads and the Logistics Head to plan and maximize delivery routes.
6. Oversee compliance with regulations, safety standards, and company policies and procedures.
7. Provide guidance and support and identify the development needs of staff.
8. Perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the management from time to time.
