JPMorganChase is seeking a Trading Services Analyst to join our operations support services team. You will execute and monitor core post-trade processes, reconcile trades, and maintain records to ensure accuracy and strong control discipline.

You will collaborate with traders in the United States and internal stakeholders to support daily trading activities. The role emphasizes problem solving, ownership, and opportunities for growth in a fast-paced financial services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in trade operations or related roles.
• Experience using trade processing and settlement platforms or similar systems.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong verbal and written communication, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to reconcile data, identify root causes, and resolve exceptions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a time-sensitive environment.
• Experience following documented procedures and controls for risk management.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily reconciliations of trades, positions, and cash balances.
• Investigate, document, and resolve breaks or discrepancies within timelines.
• Execute trade processing activities to support accurate settlement.
• Monitor trade flows and remediate issues impacting settlement.
• Maintain accurate trade records and audit-ready documentation.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation.
• Partner with technology teams to enhance trade processing workflows.
• Support risk management by following controls and reporting issues.
