FactSet Research Systems in Manila seeks an Associate Client Support Engineer to ensure timely, high-quality support for FactSet EMS and Portware Trade Support. You will handle production support, monitor hosted systems, and drive automation to improve efficiency while collaborating with cross-functional teams.

The role emphasizes English communication, analytical problem solving, and a willingness to work in a 24x6 roster. Exposure to FIX, EMS/OMS, and financial software is highly valued.

Formación

• Networking and application troubleshooting expertise.
• Fluent in English; able to articulate issues to escalation points.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent time management and self-discipline.
• Ability to read technical docs and create teammate documentation.
• Experience with FIX protocol, EMS/OMS and financial software preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level I and II technology support to FactSet users via phone, email and remote assistance.
• Resolve client issues with installation, connectivity, crashing, slowness, security and Office Integration.
• Provide proactive technology support to FactSet users via phone, email and remote assistance.
• Monitor team mailboxes for client issues and bounced emails; notify account team of issues.
• Work on roster in our 24x6 schedule.
