Job summary

FactSet is seeking an Associate Client Support Engineer for the Analytic and Trading - Front Office Solution team. You will support the EMS and Portware Trade Support desk, ensuring timely, high-quality responses and proactive maintenance of hosted systems.

You will work in a 24x6 schedule, tackling installation, connectivity, and security issues, and collaborating with our global clients and internal teams to drive efficiency and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and able to articulate complex issues clearly to clients and internal teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to support.
• Experience with financial software and core market data platforms is a plus.
• Read and interpret technical documentation and create guidance for teammates.

Responsibilities

• Provide reactive Level I and II technology support to FactSet users via phone, email, and remote assistance.
• Resolve client issues related to installation, connectivity, crashes, slowness, security, and Office integration.
• Provide proactive technology support and monitor hosted infrastructure.
• Coordinate with the account team on client communication and issue status.
