Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc in Iloilo City is seeking a proactive Partner Recruitment and Activation Coordinator to assist in identifying and onboarding LCs and affiliate partners, coordinate recruitment events, orientations, and activation campaigns, and maintain accurate partner records.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business is required.

• Collect partner feedback for process and service improvements.
• Ensure timely submission of partner activity reports and data.
• Assist in monitoring performance metrics and partner achievements.
• Provide clerical and administrative support for joint projects.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.


• Work Experience: at least 6 months - 1 year of experience relevant to the position.


• Workdays: The work week will include weekend shifts, and employees are expected to attend work during weekends as part of their regular schedule.
