Job summary

Cepat Kredit Financing Inc is looking for a results-driven Partner Recruitment and Activation specialist in the Philippines to identify and onboard LCs and affiliate partners, coordinate events, and maintain partner records.

You will collaborate with LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing, support campaigns, and manage reporting while adapting to weekend work requirements to drive partner engagement and growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field.
• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
• Weekend shifts are part of the regular schedule.

Responsibilities

• Assist in identifying and onboarding new LCs and affiliate partners.
• Coordinate recruitment events, orientations, and activation campaigns.
• Maintain accurate records of active and newly onboarded partners.
• Support logistics for trade shows, training sessions, and marketing events.
• Act as a liaison between LC Relations and Affiliate Marketing teams.
• Monitor campaign progress and provide partner engagement updates.
• Collect partner feedback for process and service improvement.
• Submit partner activity reports and participation data on time.
• Provide clerical support for joint projects and initiatives.
• Perform any other tasks as assigned.

• Monitor campaign progress and provide updates on partner engagement performance.
• Collect feedback from trade partners for process and service improvement.

Administrative and Reporting Support

• Ensure timely submission of partner activity reports and participation data.
• Assist in monitoring performance metrics and partner achievements.
• Provide clerical and administrative support for joint projects and initiatives.

Performs Any Other Tasks Assigned From Time To Time.

• Other tasks that the management team deems necessary.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

• Educational Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, business, or a related field.
• Work Experience: at least 6 months - 1 year of experience relevant to the position.
• Workdays: The work week will include weekend shifts, and employees are expected to attend work during weekends as part of their regular schedule.
