Job summary

BDO Unibank, Inc. seeks a detail‑oriented professional to manage repricing of Trust Receipts and ensure appropriate Fire Insurance coverage, while complying with internal and external policies.

The role requires processing transactions, validating terms for potential TR extensions, and monitoring maturing TRs. Strong communication and computer literacy are essential, with onsite work in Makati.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a business-related field preferred.
• Strong communication and computer skills.
• Willingness to work onsite in Makati.

Responsibilities

• Transaction processing.
• If TR is extended: review CP/QCP terms, generate ICBS printouts and validate line availability.
• Check FIP coverage, expiry, accreditation and endorsement (if not from BDOI).
• Send requests to BDOI; CC AO for FIP cover; attach CM’s as needed.
• Monitor maturing TRs and TRs due for repricing.
• Ensure completeness of AO's Instruction Sheet.
• Compute and encode entries.
• Counter-check Teller's validation on manifold.
• Prepare SOAs as requested.
• Account for LC and TR folders once LC is paid/negotiated.
• Ensure orderly filing of folders.
• Prepare and balance proof sheets daily.
• Reconcile DT/F Branch floats.
• Monitor submission of ORs/tickets from Branches.
• Monitor submission of BIR 2307 for GAU reporting.
• Handle pledging for Dollar TRs for conversion to Peso.
• Monitor and handle Past Due Accounts.

Key Responsibilities

• Transaciton Processing
• If TR will be extended:
  • a. Checks terms and conditions of the CP/QCP
  • b. Generates ICBS print our and validates line availability
  • c. Checks FIP coverage, expiry date, accreditation and endorsement (if not secured from BDOI)
  • d. Sends request to BDOI, cc: AO for FIP cover, as maybe needed , attachin the CM’s
• Monitors maturing TRs and TRs due for repricing.

• Candidate must possess a Bachelors/College degree, preferably Business Course graduate
• Must possess good communications skills, computer literate and can work with minimum supervision
• Banking experience is an advantage. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
