Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end custody trade processing from capture to settlement.
Monitor daily trade activities to meet time-sensitive deadlines.
Investigate settlement discrepancies and drive resolution via escalations.
Respond to queries on trade status and timelines.
Allocate work through capacity planning and prioritization.
Coach and develop team members with training and feedback.
Communicate changes in priorities and procedures to the team.
Maintain SOPs reflecting policies and control requirements.
Contribute to continuous improvement for processing quality and client experience.
