Job Description:

We are hiring a performance-oriented Trade Developer to boost sales development in wholesale and retail outlets within your assigned area. This role ensures the presence of must-have SKUs in key accounts while supporting partner sales teams through field execution, training, and trade marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Execution & Sales Development

  • Achieve sales targets and volume per route

  • Ensure Must-Have product availability and correct out-of-stock issues

  • Conduct merchandising and implement cycle-based trade activities

  • Gather market intel, identify sales gaps, and propose solutions

Partner Coordination & Sales Capability

  • Provide day-to-day feedback to TDS-PW on partner operations

  • Ride with partner salesmen and suggest improvements in routing and delivery

  • Coach partner sales personnel in trade execution and product knowledge

  • Coordinate classroom and field training sessions

Account Management & Expansion

  • Maintain and update route lists and outlet databases

  • Identify and convert new business opportunities

  • Execute commercial and marketing programs at store level

  • Provide input on truck load management, delivery issues, and partner performance

Qualifications:

At least 2 years college education in any course
1 year of experience in sales or FMCG, ideally returnable glass business
Strong understanding of beverage products, market territory, and distribution
Holder of a professional driver’s license (Codes 2 & 3)
Effective communication, negotiation, and route planning skills
