Toto Enterprises and Industrial Commodities is seeking an HR Admin Officer to oversee materials and tool management within the fabrication area. The role focuses on issuing, receiving, monitoring, and safekeeping of raw materials and tools to ensure smooth production operations.

The HR Admin Officer will also maintain accurate tool inventories, track damage and replacements, and coordinate with shop floor teams to keep equipment ready for use.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for issuing, receiving, monitoring, and safekeeping of raw materials, hand tools, power tools, and other equipment in the Fabrication area
• Keep track and inventory all tools
• Monitor damaged and replaced existing tools
