Job summary

Aboitiz Foods is seeking a Production Associate (Toll Mill) to ensure efficient toll mill production—from elevation to pelletizing and bagging—while adhering to SOPs and quality standards.

The role includes coordinating with toll millers, reviewing formulations, performing inspections, sampling, SAP transactions, and maintaining records for QA and compliance. A BS in engineering and PLC knowledge are preferred; Mindanao-based role.

Qualifications

• BS degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronics & Communication Engineering (preferred).
• Experience in Feed Milling Operation (preferred).
• License in engineering (preferred).
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and machinery.
• Planning, analytical, numerical, problem-solving skills.
• PLC knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Planning, Production Execution & Coordination with toll miller.
• Quality Control, Inspection & Testing of materials and feeds.
• System Management (SAP) & Reporting, including GR/GI/QA reports.
• Sampling and Testing of raw materials and finished goods.
• Nonconformity Management and containment actions.
• Food Safety compliance and traceability of lot numbers.
