• Edit high-quality, engaging short-form videos approximately 30 seconds in length for TikTok accounts.
• Add captions, transitions, effects, music, and other editing elements to enhance video quality and audience engagement.
• Upload and publish videos according to the approved posting schedule and applicable TikTok guidelines.
• Ensure content meets the client's quality standards and specified requirements.
• Manage high-volume video production and meet established deadlines and deliverables.
• Submit completed videos and publishing updates for client review.
• Incorporate feedback and complete revisions within agreed timelines.
• Maintain consistent video quality and organization across all assigned accounts.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Proven experience in professional video editing, particularly short-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or similar platforms.
• Strong proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, or equivalent tools.
• Demonstrated ability to produce polished and engaging videos approximately 30 seconds in length.
• Strong understanding of video pacing, storytelling, transitions, captions, sound synchronization, and visual presentation.
• Familiarity with TikTok's publishing practices, community guidelines, and monetization requirements.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and maintain consistent quality under tight deadlines.
• Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently, follow creative instructions, and incorporate feedback efficiently.
• A portfolio showcasing previous short-form video editing work is required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing or publishing content across multiple TikTok accounts.
