MAIDEHAO TRADING CORP. is seeking a skilled E-Commerce Videographer & Editor to produce engaging, high-converting video content for TikTok and other digital platforms.

This role focuses on short-form video dynamics, conversion-focused editing, and fast-paced content production. You will edit high-performing short-form videos (TikTok, Reels), perform color grading, add captions and motion graphics, and apply direct-response editing techniques to optimize performance.

Responsibilities

• Edit high-performing short-form videos for TikTok, Reels, and other social platforms, at least 10 videos/day.
• Transform raw footage into clean, engaging, and conversion-driven content.
• Ensure videos are optimized for viewer retention and scroll-stopping impact.
• Execute edits aligned with current trends and platform algorithms.
• Perform color grading, audio mixing, and sound design.
• Add motion graphics, captions, and visual effects to enhance storytelling.
• Maintain high standards of video clarity, pacing, and quality.
• Apply direct-response editing techniques (hook, pacing, CTA placement).
• Collaborate with scriptwriters / content strategists to improve performance.
• Continuously refine edits based on feedbacks.
• Deliver outputs quickly while maintaining high creative standards.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

Post-Production Excellence

• Collaborate with scriptwriters / content strategists to improve performance
