Job summary

New Day Trading Co. is seeking a Livestream Operations Specialist to manage the technical side of our TikTok livestreams, ensuring high-quality video and audio output and smooth broadcasts.

You will coordinate with hosts, monitor viewer engagement, troubleshoot issues, and maintain equipment. The role requires excellent English communication, strong audience engagement skills, and the ability to work a shifting mid-night schedule.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media, or a related field.
• At least 6 months of experience in livestreaming or broadcasting.
• Proficiency in English language and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage an audience effectively.
• Familiarity with social media platforms, particularly TikTok, and understanding of livestreaming dynamics.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Operate and manage the technical aspects of livestreaming rooms, ensuring high-quality video and audio output.
• Coordinate with hosts to facilitate smooth livestream sessions on TikTok by managing schedules, etc..
• Monitor interactions and viewer engagement during broadcasts to enhance overall experience.
• Assist in troubleshooting technical issues related to livestream broadcasts.
• Maintain and update livestreaming equipment and software as required.
• Able to work with a shifting schedule (mid-shift and/or night shift).
