Future Glow Philippines is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing Specialist to drive our TikTok and livestream initiatives. You will create engaging content, manage brand livestreams, and coordinate influencer collaborations to boost awareness and sales.

You will develop a TikTok strategy, monitor performance analytics, and translate data into actionable ideas, while staying flexible for evening or weekend streams as trends demand.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• At least 1 year experience in digital marketing, social media management, or content creation, with a focus on TikTok and livestreams.
• Proficiency in using TikTok and live streaming platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience behavior.
• Proficiency in data analytics to assess content performance and make data-driven decisions.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing trends and be available for occasional evening or weekend livestreams.

Mansioni

• Content creation: Collaborate with content creators, influencers, and the creative team to develop engaging and creativeTikTokcontent. Ensure content is visually appealing, aligns with brand guidelines, and is optimized for user engagement.
• Livestream Management.
• Brand Livestreams: Plans, coordinates, and executes brand livestream events on TikTok and Shopee platforms ensuring we reach set targets, align with brand objectives, and resonate with target audience.
• KOL Livestreams: Plans, manages, and executes KOL livestreams to drive brand awareness, engagement and sales. Coordinates with influencers on livestream flow, key talking points, produce highlights, and promotional mechanics. Ensures seamless execution by aligning KOLs, hosts, and internal teams, before, during and after each livestream.
• TikTokStrategy: Develop and execute a TikTok content strategy that includes content calendars, themes, challenges, and trends to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
• Performance Analytics: Monitor the performance of livestreams and TikTok content using analytics tools, tracking KPIs, and providing regular reports. Make data-driven decisions to improve content and strategy.
• Influencer Relations: Identify and collaborate with TikTok influencers and content creators to expand the brand’s reach and create authentic and impactful content.
