Overview

We are URGENTLY looking for a motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Content Specialist to be part of our growing company Glad2Glow Philippines.

Responsibilities

• Develop content plans and scripts for TikTok Video Ads, Instagram Ads or Facebook Ads
• Work closely with Video Editor and Graphic Artists to assist and brief with processes.
• Do voice over and support shooting with video editors
• Conduct comprehensive research and analysis on consumer behavior and social media trends.
• Strategize and enhance content delivery and promotional efforts.
• Strategize content pillars and sub-pillars to align with marketing objectives.
• Other task assigned by line head superior.

Qualifications

• Bachelor''s degree or above preferably from Topnotch Universities
• More than 1 year full time social media content planning experience
• KPI leading type candidate.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Able to join ASAP and willing to do WFO (working from the office) policy.
